Akon is in hot water about dry-humping a 14 year old girl who got on stage to compete in a dance off for a chance to win a trip to Africa.
Some groups are calling it molestation… others call it dancing.

No, this is not right. This is not acceptable. This is not dancing. Akon should be charged with sexual assault post-haste if he hasn’t been already. This must be at least a felony. This is totally unacceptable and totally disgusting. If the girl’s parents haven’t found a lawyer yet, they should.

Wth is Akon thinking? Why was she onstage in that position to begin with? What kind of dancing is that? Celebrities know better by now.

In a statement, Akon has apparently said that he did not know the girl was only 14. But whether he knew or not, he shouldn’t be treating ANY girl or woman in that way - it’s borderline abusive and certainly degrading.
And what the hell has it got to do with dancing?
what the hell is wrong with that girl if i would have been her i would have been screaming and yelling telling him to get the f*** off me but all she did was say oh my god i mean if he is hurting you that bad you just don’t sit there and take it you fight back i mean yes what he did was very wrong no women no matter what age should ever be done like that and he should take whatever is coming to him but i still like she should have tried to stop it i mean if you look at her she is holding on to him and putting her arms around him i just would have not done that if i was her

Oh, please! He didn’t hurt her, she thought it was funny. That wasn’t an “Oh my god!” of pain and shame, it was an “Oh my god, I can’t believe I’m getting humped on my my favourite musician!”. Granted, it’s pretty tasteless, it wasn’t dancing, and yes she was under age, but this is not what I would classify as molestation or a sex crime.
brainysmurf, I look at it this way — if that was your 14 year old daughter and you found out what had happened, you’d be looking at it in a different light and more than likely want to hang Akon up by his balls! it may not be molestation by the definition of the word but to her parents, it’s serious and needs to be taken that way.
okay this situation is not Akon’s fault because there should be no way he should get in any kind of trouble for this because that little ass girl knew what she was doing if she felt “uncomfortable” as they are saying and calling it molestation she could have not proceeded she could told hims to stop but she didnt.
what is a 14 years old girl doing in a 21 and older club that is the clubs fault for letting people in that are underage its pathetic its stupid and ignorant. honsely yes the dancing was tasteless and it certainatly wasnt dancing but it was in a 21 and older club not a place for a little girl.
Gee, thanks for the insight Chris. Maybe her parents’ “protection” is what helped her make the decision to be there doing that in the first place. You have to let kids make some choices for themselves, or they will do exactly the opposite of what you taught them, just to show you that they can. Or, maybe her parents never gave a crap until now, who knows… If she WAS my daughter, I’d let her know how disappointed I was that she acted like a fool, but I would not press molestation charges for what I’ve seen here. I have a child, I’ve been a child, and I stick by what I said before.

That girl is 14yrs old, she went to a night club for people 21+. And it isn’t like Akon made her come up on stage. she chose to. Don’t get me wrong, his dancing isn’t good, but that is what people want tosee. i dont care what anyone says. The crowd was going crazy and the girl didn’t seem to mind to much. Can i be honest? They both suck at what they’re doing. But Akon everyone knows him and knows he can stay out of trouble. That girl only brought him more and once again nothing is happening to him!
